  • Exercising with a full stomach.

  • Stomach diseases such as peptic ulcer or cancer.
  • Gallstones or Cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder).

Insufficient stomach acidity

Heartburn and reflux are caused by too little acid in your stomach, not too much! If your stomach is not acid enough, food sits in your stomach for too long, and eventually the fermenting gases bubble up, burning your throat.
Strong stomach acid breaks down your food easily, cleans up waste by-products, and kills and digests harmful bacteria, parasites and fungi. Many nutrients depend on strong acid for absorption, and if your stomach is not acid enough, you will be deficient in them.

  • The pyloric sphincter will not open properly to allow the stomach contents into the duodenum. The food sits in the top of your stomach for too long and digests slowly.
  • Gas, burping and heartburn immediately after a meal. Bacterial and yeast overgrowth means that food is fermented instead of being digested, resulting in wind, gas and bloating.
  • A tendency to get gut-sourced infections and parasites since acid is required to sterilise the contents of the stomach.

Do not make your stomach more alkaline

Do not use antacid tablets. They contain aluminium and indigestible calcium, are toxic and harmful, and have no benefits whatever. Anti-acids, antacids and drugs which inhibit the production of acids give short term relief to the symptoms. However, they do nothing to heal the problem, and over time make it much worse.
Alkaline water causes acid reflux and weak digestion.

In summary, the home remedy treatment is the opposite of the pharmaceutical treatment. Drugs such as Losec and other proton pump inhibitors try to slow down the production of acid in your stomach. Do I need to follow a particular diet or eating plan while taking Skinny Fiber?
It is not essential to follow a particular plan but you do need to listen to your body.  Many of us eat large portion sizes out of habit and continue eating past being full.  If you aim to reduce your portion sizes and choose more natural unprocessed foods then this will of course increase the benefits and results you get from Skinny Fiber.

If you prefer the structure of following a certain diet then Skinny Fiber may compliment it well and boost your results even further.  Its unique blend of ingredients may help you stick to a certain eating plan through feeling satisfied with smaller portions and reducing cravings.

What will not work is if you take Skinny Fiber and continue to overeat to excess regardless of how full you are feeling – continuing to binge on unhealthy processed foods and expecting Skinny Fiber to be a miracle cure isn’t going to get you results you want as the supplement will be fighting a losing battle with your continued unhealthy eating habits.

When is the best time to take Skinny Fiber?

You can take Skinny Fiber in different doses at the times of the day that suit you best.  It is recommended that you take 2 Skinny Fiber capsules, twice daily, 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day – typically lunch and evening meal.  However, we are all different and some people will find that a larger dose of 2 capsules 3 times a day or 3 capsules twice a day will make a huge difference to their results.  Here are some suggested routines:

You can alter the times that you take Skinny Fiber to suit you.  For example, if you are very hungry mid-morning and mid-afternoon then take yours then.  If you are a late night snacker, take your dose mid-evening to curb those cravings.  The important thing is to be consistent and make sure you take them regularly every day.

How should I take Skinny Fiber?

With plenty of water!  This is a fiber product so you may experience bloating if you are not drinking enough water with it.  Ensure your water intake is at least 2 litres a day or even more if you can manage it. I can't stress how effective this is as many of us don't get our required intake of water even without taking the extra fiber.  Many people find taking the capsules with lukewarm water and lemon first thing in the morning also boosts their results (please make sure the water is lukewarm and not hot so that the capsules don’t dissolve in your mouth).

Does everyone experience a detox effect?

Depending on your current state of health and the number of capsules you take, you may experience different levels of detox when you first start taking Skinny Fiber.  Some people need to go through this detox stage before they start to see the weight coming off.  Skinny Fiber works hard to improve your health from the inside out.  Just keep up the high water intake you will soon start seeing the benefits.

PART ONE: This battle cry is being heard loudly and often by a plethora of ' weight loss ' companies most of which are paid by the ' click ' of your mouse or however you do it on an I-phone. You will see other screaming ads crying “1 Weird trick to LOSE YOUR BELLY FAT!!” or - “MELT AWAY YOUR BELLY FAT like the STARS!!!! " OH! Be still my heart!!! Like the STARS???????????????

Oh yes, I am totally into looking like them cause I have ALL kinds of money to do all the OTHER things they do too!!! NOT! SO, let's get reasonable. Let's look at some of these other
' products ' out there and see how they measure up. What is in them ? What do they do? Are ALL of their ingredients listed? How do they market it? Who do they get to endorse it that will kick up their media exposure and volume? Where do their testimonials come from? You know what? It took me 5 minutes to discover this: June 12, 2013 — a major ingredient in those green coffee bean dietary supplements -- often touted as "miracle" weight-loss products -- doesn't prevent weight gain in obese laboratory mice fed a high-fat diet when given at higher doses. That's the conclusion of a first-of-its-kind study published in ACS' Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. It also linked the ingredient to an unhealthy build-up of fat in the liver. Vance Matthews, Kevin Croft and their team note that coffee is rich in healthful, natural, plant-based polyphenol substances. They cite evidence from past studies that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and other disorders collectively termed the "metabolic syndrome." Chlorogenic acid (CGA), one coffee polyphenol, is the main ingredient in scores of dietary supplements promoted as weight-loss products. Much research has been done on mixtures of coffee polyphenols. Until now, however, scientists have not checked the effects of higher doses of CGA alone on obesity and other symptoms of the metabolic syndrome. Matthews' team decided to do that, using special laboratory mice that are stand-ins for humans in such tests. They report that mice on a high-fat diet and mice on a high-fat diet plus CGA gained the same amount of weight. The CGA mice, however, were more likely to develop disorders that often lead to type 2 diabetes. They also accumulated fat inside the cells in their livers. "This study suggests that higher doses of CGA supplementation in a high-fat diet does not protect against features of the metabolic syndrome in diet-induced obese mice," they say. Since I run this Group, the right side of my FB page is simply bombarded with these flashing ads... “You Can Flatten Your Stomach With This New Tip Famous Doctors Are Calling A Fat Miracle!!!!” (Pic of weird looking fruit) " This diet will rapidly destroy your belly fat with no exercise. “(Pic of Ellen DeGeneres) Note: Nowhere that I could find does Ellen DeGeneres endorse this) " Checkout the craziest Hollywood diet to lose weight the safe way. “(Pic of Rachel Ray ) Note : She doesn't endorse it either...) The product they are ALL supposedly endorsing and claiming to be a bona fide MIRACLE ? Garcinia Cambogia. Oh, and by the way - THIS is what Dr. Oz DOES endorse. As well as endorsing the Green Coffee Bean Extract, as well as endorsing the one I'll discuss later, as well as endorsing an excruciating “Slim Down " drink that has SO MUCH Apple Cider Vinegar in it I swear you lose weight because you just burned your stomach away !! Trying to find an unbiased article on this was not so easy. An entire page is devoted to sites that are ALL linked to DR. OZ THE GREAT AND POWERFUL, or they are sites that use his endorsement which means, more clicks = more money for ads. Sad. I DID find this - over and over: “Garcinia is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when used for 12 weeks or less. Long-term safety is unknown. Garcinia can cause nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache. " You are warned, on most sites, to NOT take this for more than 12 weeks. No studies have been performed on long term use. No one has used it longer it seems, actually no one has used it beyond a few weeks... Behold! The testimonials.....  I've been using this now for 12 days, as instructed, and I've gained 6 pounds. I do 45 mins of cardio 5 days a week, I have a clean healthy diet and I was hoping this stuff would help me drop about 5 lbs...but no. Comment: I have never tried using supplements to lose weight. So I tried a bottle of pure GC. I took it as recommended and it seemed at first like it was cutting my craving for food down and I even lost a few pounds. But after the second week I started to notice that I was getting very fatigued at the end of the day and my blood sugar levels went up. Bad for a type-two diabetic. After about two weeks on Prima Lite Garcinia Extract and minimal weight loss, I realized that it was causing the headaches, nausea, sweating and mental "fuzziness". The side effects began to dissipate within a few days of stopping the product.  HOLY S**T!!!!!!!!!!!!! They call the above MINOR? AND it messes with the SEROTONIN LEVELS IN YOUR BRAIN???? THAT's their weight loss ' miracle ‘? If it affects your serotonin levels, that is scary. That too closely resembles a DRUG. That sounds like a CHEMICAL. And that's how they make you feel full? By altering your brain chemicals? Maybe it's just me, but I DO NOT like the sound of this at all. So again - there are NO drugs in Skinny Fiber. There are NO chemicals. And we do not use Hollywood stars (with or without permission) to endorse or promote. And the only headaches anyone experiences with Skinny Fiber are those who are eliminating the caffeine and other chemicals that are in sodas and such from their diet and undergo some withdrawals as they detox. And if you REALLY READ my posts on detoxing or ALL of the information posted in the albums and didn't just skim by it , or order your Skinny Fiber and run off to a closet, uninformed, never to be heard from again - you'll know detoxing is a GOOD thing. Part 3 and Final: (and most important) The Simple Truths behind the Lies of " LOSE 30 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS!!!!!!! "...... I'm going to wrap this series up talking about an ingredient that * IS * in Skinny Fiber, but it is not the ONLY ingredient and should not be and I'll tell you why...

In my research on these other weight loss products that claim the infamous 30/30 battle cry, I found one that is simply called “GLucomannan ". It is endorsed by....yes, you know it - Dr. Oz. (He is making QUITE a bit of money on ALL of these is he not?) IF you've read up on the ingredients in Skinny Fiber you'll see that glucomannan is indeed the first one listed. It is a natural fiber, a soluble fiber that expands with liquid. That is why we always recommend taking SF with a full 16oz. bottle of water. However, since SF is in capsule form, it will not usually get stuck in your throat when swallowing, it kinda floats. BUT, since SF is 100% all natural you can still choose to open the capsule and sprinkle the contents in yogurt or applesauce or in a smoothie and the results will be the same. (The others I researched come in a white pill form. Kinda chalky.) The thing I find troubling with just taking ONLY glucomannan, is that it only acts as a stomach filler. It will expand and make you feel fuller, but that is about the extent of it. It is a ' helper ' only in the way that it will help you with portion control and overeating. It doesn't help break anything down, doesn't aid in digestion, doesn't detox you and doesn't burn fat. It is but ONE PART of an OVERALL lifestyle adjustment and change. Not the SOLE part! The advertisement for it states this: " In one 2007 study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, participants taking a glucomannan and psyllium husk combination supplement lost approximately 10 pounds in 16 weeks compared to 1.7 pounds lost in the placebo group. Another study using only glucomannan showed an average of 5.5 pounds lost over eight weeks, **** without making any other diet or lifestyle changes. ***** (Emphasis mine on this with the stars because I find it so hysterical!!) " This ' psyllium husk combo ' is never explained. SO..... I looked it up!
